BAKED CHICKEN SUPREME 
4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
4 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. onion
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheese

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed potato chips
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Lightly toss the first 3 ingredients together. Puree a sauce of the last 4 ingredients in a blender. Toss chicken mixture with sauce. Pour into casserole. Top with 2 cups crushed potato chips with 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
