CHICKEN BAKE 
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sage
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken (cooked and deboned)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar mushrooms, drained
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 sm. onion
1 can mixed vegetables (drained)

Mix first six (6) ingredients together and spread evenly in bottom of pan for crust.

Stir together last (6) six ingredients and spread over crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. 1 cup self rising flour can be substituted for the all purpose flour, salt and baking powder.
