GARLIC CHEESE GRITS | |
1 c. grits, uncooked 4 c. water 1 tbsp. salt 1 stick butter 1 roll garlic cheese 1/2 lb. sharp cheese 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Cook the grits in salted water. When cooked, add the butter and garlic cheese, sharp cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter-cheese has melted. Put in greased casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
