SPICY GARLIC CHEESE GRITS 
1 (6 oz.) tube Jalapeno cheese
1 (6 oz.) tube garlic cheese
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. quick cook golden grits, uncooked
1/2 stick butter

Boil water and add golden quick grits and salt. Cook 5 minutes. Add both cheese tubes and butter. Pour into casserole dish.

Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350°F.

Serves 6-8. Great for brunch or at dinner with pork tenderloin and baked apples.
