BACON GARLIC CHEESE GRITS 
6 oz. tube bacon cheese
6 oz. tube garlic cheese
4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked grits (quick kind)
1/4 c. butter

Slice cheese into small pieces. Bring salted water to a boil; slowly add grits, stirring constantly. Bring to a second boil; reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often. Add cheese and butter to grits, stirring until melted and blended. Pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
