GRITS WITH GARLIC CHEESE | |
3 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1 c. grits 1 roll garlic cheese 1 stick butter 2 eggs Boil 3 cups of water and 1 teaspoon salt. Slowly add 1 cup grits. Cook until thick. While still hot, add 1 roll garlic cheese and one stick of butter. Let melt. Cool slightly. Beat 2 eggs. Put in measuring cup and fill with milk. Mix together with grits; put in buttered casserole. Bake at 360 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
