CREAM CARROTS | |
4 c. sliced carrots 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. cream Cook carrots until tender. Brown the butter and add to carrots and simmer 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add cream and serve immediately. Serves 6. |
