3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until all cellulose is removed form potatoes. Place in casserole dish and top with the following: 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. butter 1 c. chopped nuts

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix with pastry blender. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
