HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 large pkg. frozen shredded potatoes
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
paprika

Thaw potatoes and place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix all ingredients in the pan. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F or until brown.
