HALF AND HALF FISH 
2 fish fillets, Orange Roughy works best)
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. thyme and powdered parsley, mixed together

Place filets and milk in shallow cake tin and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove fish gently; the flesh is soft and flaky, and season with herbs. Fry on the stove until fillets are as you like it.
