TUNA PUFFS 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. green pepper
3 English muffins, halved
Sliced tomatoes

TOPPING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. shredded American cheese

Mix tuna, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and green pepper. Put mixture on top of 1/2 English muffins. Add topping, and a tomato slice. Broil until topping puffs and browns.
