CHEESY POTATOES 
4 c. diced potatoes
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tbsp. chives
Salt to taste

Cook potatoes until tender, drain. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes in pan on top of stove and let simmer 10 to 15 minutes or place in casserole dish and put in oven at 350 degrees. Bake until bubbly.
