CHEESY POTATOES 
8 red potatoes, boil with jackets on in salt water until done. Cool. Slice in a buttered 13 x 9 inch pan.

SAUCE:

1 can cream chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese (very soft) 1 lb. size
1 sm. onion, diced fine
Salt & pepper

Mix all these ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
