CHEESY TATER DISH 
3/4 c. powdered coffee creamer
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 lg. onion, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Combine dry ingredients; blend well. Combine cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Arrange 1/3 of the slices potatoes on bottom of greased casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/3 of coffee creamer mixture on top; then 1/3 of the onion and 1/3 of the cheese. Dot with 1 tablespoon of the butter. Repeat layers 2 more times. Pour boiling water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender and top is crusty brown.
