QUICK AND EASY CRAB SOUFFLE 
1/2 c. milk
3 slices bread
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 stick melted butter
3 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 lb. backfin crab meat

Pour milk over bread to soften. Add all other ingredients but crab meat and mix well. Gently add crab and pour into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
