SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
7 med. sweet potatoes
Approximately 3/4 lg. can cream
1 c. pecans
3/4 box brown sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon
Miniature marshmallows

Boil potatoes until tender. In a 9x13 pan mash potatoes and mix in next 4 ingredients. Sprinkle marshmallows on top and bake in 425 degree oven until marshmallows brown.
