SWEET ONION CASSEROLE 
4 med. sweet onions, sliced into rings
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. potato chips
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Paprika

Layer 1/2 onions in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with 1/2 the cheese, then 1/2 potato chips. Repeat layers. Season top with salt and pepper. Blend soup and milk in bowl. Pour over layers.

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika.
