CHEESE-FILLED PHYLLO TRIANGLES 
2/3 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. minced onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
dash of salt
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
7 sheets commercial frozen phyllo pastry, thawed
2/3 c. melted butter

Spray skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and sauté until tender. Remove from heat and add to mixture the cheese, egg and seasoning. Set aside. Cut phyllo sheets lengthwise into 2-inch strips; brush 1 strip with melted butter. Place 1 teaspoon cheese mixture at base of phyllo strip; fold like a flag into triangles. Place seam side down on greased cookie sheets; brush with melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
