SPINACH CHEESE TRIANGLES | |
2 tbsp. olive oil 1 med. onion, minced 1 garlic clove, minced 1 stick butter 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry 1/3 lb. feta cheese, crumbled 1 sm. pkg. shredded Swiss cheese 1/4 c. sour cream Dash pepper 5 (4 oz.) pkg. refrigerated quick crescent dinner roll dough Heat oil in medium skillet over medium - low heat. Add onion and garlic; saute until soft, 6 to 8 minutes. Add butter and stir until melted. Stir in spinach, cheeses, sour cream and pepper. Cook 1 minute; remove from heat. Place 2 tablespoons spinach mixture on wide end of each strip of dough. Roll up, starting at wide end. Arrange on baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. |
