BAKED CHEESE CAKE 
2 lbs. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. heavy cream

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat all ingredients together, adding one at a time. Pour ingredients into pan, 1 inch from the top and bake for 1 hour (or until golden colored).

Turn off oven and leave cake inside with door closed for 1/2 hour. Open door and leave cake inside for 1/2 hour more. Remove from oven, cool completely and refrigerate before serving.

Those annoying cracks on the top of a cheesecake usually are the result of a too fast cooling. When mine is nearly done baking, I just shut off the oven, and leave it in there for 5 to 6 hours. It will NOT go bad.
