BROWN RICE AND BROCCOLI 
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 c. water
1 sm. can mushrooms and juice
3 cubes beef bouillon
1 1/4 c. brown rice, raw
1 sm. pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat through. Pour out into baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is tender. Stir after 45 minutes. Serve hot.
