CREAMED CABBAGE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. vinegar

Cream together the sugar, eggs, salt and butter. Add the vinegar, place in a pot and bring to a boil, stir once and remove from the stove. Pour this over shredded cabbage and allow it to stand overnight to blend the flavors. Good for potato salad too.
