CREAMED CABBAGE 
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped cabbage
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 additional tsp. milk

Bring milk to a boil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Stir in butter and cabbage, simmer 7 minutes stirring frequently. Mix flour in 2 teaspoons milk and into cabbage. Cool until mixture thickens. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
