YUMMY MACARONI TACO BAKE 
2 boxes macaroni and cheese dinner (I use Kraft)
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, divided
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Meanwhile brown meat. Add taco seasoning and water to meat; simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix all ingredients except salsa, crushed chips and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into ungreased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Top with salsa, chips, and cheese.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
