GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Mix coconut and pecans. Spread in 9x13 inch greased pan. Mix cake mix as directed on package and pour on top of coconut-pecan mixture.

In a pan, put 1 stick of butter and 8 oz. of cream cheese. Heat until mixture is warm enough to stir in 1 pound box of powdered sugar. Spoon over top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cut when cool.
