GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. pecans 2 c. coconut 8 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar 1 box Betty Crocker German Chocolate cake mix Spray 9x13 inch cake pan with Pam. Cover bottom with pecans and coconut. Melt cream cheese and butter; mix with confectioners sugar. Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Pour over coconut and pecans. Pour cream cheese mixture over cake mix and spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
