1 German chocolate cake mix
1 vanilla pudding (instant)
1 can coconut
1 c. pecans (chopped)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter (softened)

Mix cake mix according to directions, then add pudding mix. Put coconut and pecans in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Pour cake batter on top of coconut and pecans.

Mix remaining ingredients (cream cheese, sugar and butter) and pour over mixture. Bake approximately 45 to 60 minutes or until tests done, 350 degrees.
