1 lb. stew meat, cut up sm.
2 big onions, sliced
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
2 1/2 cans of water (from tomato paste)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. whole allspice
1 tip of allspice
5 to 6 potatoes, cut up

Brown meat. Add rest of ingredients except potatoes. Cover and simmer while potatoes cook. Cut potatoes in little squares and boil. When done, add to meat mixture. If you need to add water to meat, use the water from the potatoes.
