TOM'S GOULASH | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained 1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 12 oz. bag lg. macaroni shells Parmesan cheese, if desired Brown the ground beef in a Dutch oven over medium heat; drain. Add the drained kidney beans, drained corn, tomato paste and tomato sauce to the ground beef and cook for 10-15 minutes over low heat. While the ground beef mixture is heating, cook the large macaroni shells according to the directions. Then drain and rinse under cold water. Stir the macaroni shells into the ground beef mixture and cook for another 2 minutes. For each serving; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve this with your favorite cornbread. |
