“HOT ARTICHOKE DIP” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  LARD PIE CRUST

HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cans (not marinated) artichokes, drained and quartered
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Pinch of garlic salt, onion salt, salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients in a 1-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour. Serve with crisp crackers for dipping. Delicious hot!

Note: Recipe can be cut in half.
