BARBEQUE MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. hamburger
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine ingredients, shape into balls and place in single layer in shallow pan. Pan can be lined in foil for easy clean up. Cover meatballs with barbeque sauce, bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
