BARBECUE MEATBALL BITES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and poultry seasoning. Shape into about 2 dozen 1 1/2-inch balls. Brown balls slowly in a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Pour off excess fat.

In a small bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. Serve warm.

Dig up your old fondue pot to serve these in! A small crock-pot also works.
