BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
Meatballs:

3 lb. ground beef
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

To make meatballs, combine all the ingredients. Shape into walnut size balls. Put enough oil in pan to brown the meatballs. Add the sauce and simmer on low heat for 1 hour. These freeze real well and makes 80 or more meatballs.

Sauce:

2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients.
