ANTIPASTO SALAD 
1/4 to 1/2 lb. thinly sliced pepperoni
1/4 to 1/2 lb. thinly sliced salami
1/8 to 1/4 lb. each of several assorted cheeses, such as Gouda, cheddar or Swiss
Marinated pitted black or green olives
Pepperoncini
Lettuce & other greens to line plate

Arrange on plate. This recipe will serve about 6 to 8 people. Use these amounts as a guide, adding more or less to suit your needs.
