ANTIPASTO SALAD TOSS 
Makes 6 to 8 servings.

1 qt. torn fresh spinach
1 qt. head lettuce
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 cucumber, scored, thinly sliced
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can diagonally cut green beans, drained and chilled
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can sliced pepperoni
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, chilled and drained
1 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese

DRESSING:

3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Dash of red pepper

Toss all salad ingredients in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients. Serve dressing on the side.
