FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Beef or chicken broth

Mix egg and milk. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg and milk, and mix well. Add melted butter.

Bring broth to boil; add batter by tablespoon to broth. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
