FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Break egg into bowl, beat well. Add milk and dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Beat thoroughly. Add melted butter. Drop by tablespoons on top of stew. Cover and cook 10 minutes over low heat. Great cooked in homemade potato soup.
