FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk

Mix all dry ingredients. Add butter, eggs and milk. Mix well. Drop by tablespoon over boiling chicken broth. Cook with lid off for 10 minutes. Cover with lid and cook for another 10 minutes. Don't raise lid once covered. Serve immediately. Don't let set.
