FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. melted shortening or oil
2/3 c. milk

Sift flour, salt, and baking powder into mixture of beaten eggs, shortening and milk. When ready to serve, drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling gravy (about 4 cupfuls), cover, and cook gently for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
