FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten well
1/2 c. milk
Chicken broth - 3 or more cups

Sift together dry ingredients. Combine beaten egg and milk. Stir into dry ingredients and beat well. Drop mixture by tablespoon onto 3 or more cups of gently boiling chicken broth. Cover with tight lid and steam 10 to 12 minutes. Do not remove lid until done. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
