FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients. Combine milk and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Drop from tablespoon atop bubbling stew. Cover tightly; bring to a boil. Reduce heat (don't lift cover). Simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
