FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. salad oil

Sift together dry ingredients. Combine milk and oil and add all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Drop from tablespoon atop bubbling stew or soup. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes. Don't lift lid. Makes about 10.
