MOP SAUCE FOR ALL BAR-B-Q MEATS 
6 cans beef consomme
1 1/2 tbsp. mono. glutamate (opt.)
1/2 pt. cooking oil
1/2 pt. vinegar
1 pt. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. La. Hot Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. each paprika, dry mustard, salt
1 tsp. chili powder, garlic powder
Red pepper to taste

Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool and keep in refrigerator when not in use.
