CURRIED CHICKEN APPLE FUSILLI
SALAD
 
Whisk together and chill while assembling other ingredients:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. half and half
2 tsp. curry powder
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together:

12 oz. fusilli or other twist pasta, cooked and cooled
1 whole chicken breast, cooked, cooled and diced (about 2 cups)
3 med. red apples, unpeeled and diced
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. green onions (tops only), sliced 1/2 inch long
1/4 slivered almonds

Add dressing mixture and chill for at least an hour.
