SAUSAGE BALLS | |
3 c. Bisquick mix 1 lb. sausage (hot or mild) 2 c. grated Cheddar or sharp cheese Mix all ingredients until well blended (it's easier to wait until sausage is room temperature before mixing). Shape into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Balls can be shaped and frozen. Makes 4-5 dozen. |
