SAUSAGE - CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
2 lb. Bisquick
1 lb. raw bulk sausage

Toss Bisquick with cheese until coated. Mix in sausage.

Roll into walnut sized balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for fifteen minutes, drain on paper towels. Makes 4 dozen.
