SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS | |
1 lb. sweet or hot sausage 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 3 c. Bisquick 3/4 c. water Take sausage out of casing and brown for 10 minutes. Drain off fat. Spoon sausage into bowl and cool completely. Add cheese; mix with fork; then add Bisquick. When well mixed, add water. Mix with fork, then hands until well blended. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and brown. If freezing, freeze before cooking. |
