SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
10 oz. sharp cheese
1 lb. pork sausage, room temperature

Mix sausage and Bisquick well. Melt cheese in double boiler, then add to biscuit mix. Roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
