CHEESE AND SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water

Remove sausage from casings and brown in skillet. Drain the fat. Cool completely in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a fork until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. They may be frozen and reheated at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
