CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. bulk sausage, mild or hot
3 c. biscuit mix

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bring cheese to room temperature. Mix cheese and sausage with biscuit mix, using fork. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

These balls may be frozen. Thaw slightly before baking and increase cooking time. Makes about 40 balls.
